Movers and Cleaners in TaigaNova, Fort McMurray
TaigaNova Eco-Industrial Park on the north side of Fort McMurray is home to shops, warehouses, offices and service businesses. Noah Moving & Cleaning helps companies move into, out of and within TaigaNova, and keeps offices and units clean, with a licensed and insured local crew that plans around your business hours.
Moving a Business in TaigaNova
A move in an industrial park is different from a move in a downtown office tower. Many TaigaNova units combine office space at the front with a shop or warehouse area at the back, so one move can include desks and computers, boxed stock, shelving and supplies. Access is usually through overhead or grade-level doors rather than an elevator, and the truck often shares the yard with work vehicles and deliveries.
We plan for these details before moving day. We ask what you are moving, how each unit is accessed, where the truck can park and when your business can pause, so the right crew, equipment and timing are in place and your team can get back to work quickly.
Our Moving and Cleaning Services in TaigaNova
Businesses in TaigaNova can book the full move or only the parts they need:
- Office moving: desks, chairs, filing cabinets, computers, workstations and boardroom furniture moved and placed where you want them.
- Packing and unpacking: files, supplies, break room items and boxed stock packed and labelled by area.
- Furniture moving, disassembly and reassembly: desks, shelving and large pieces taken apart where needed and set up again at the new unit.
- Loading and unloading: help loading or unloading rental trucks, trailers, shipping containers and storage units.
- Commercial office cleaning: cleaning for offices and work areas, scheduled around your business hours.
- Move-out and move-in cleaning: cleaning of the unit you are leaving at the end of your lease, or of your new space before you set up.
Planning a Move Into or Out of a TaigaNova Unit
A little planning makes a commercial move much smoother. Before moving day, it helps to confirm:
- Your lease end date and the date you get keys or access to the new unit
- Which doors the crew should use at each address, and where the truck can park in the yard
- Any rules from your landlord or property manager about move times or protecting floors and walls
- What is moving, what is staying, and what is being thrown out or recycled
- When your IT provider will disconnect and reconnect computers, phones and network equipment
- A simple floor plan of the new space so boxes and furniture go straight to the right room
Share these details when you book. We schedule the crew around your plan, label and place items by area, and keep shared yards and entrances clear for your neighbours while we work.
Office, Shop and Storage Space Moves
Most TaigaNova moves include more than one kind of space. Our crew handles:
- Front offices and reception areas: desks, chairs, filing cabinets and computers
- Boardrooms and break rooms: tables, appliances and kitchen supplies
- Storage rooms: shelving units, boxed stock, parts and supplies
- Fragile or valuable items that need extra wrapping and care
- Snow, ice and cold at yard entrances during Fort McMurray winters
If you have heavy machinery or equipment that normally needs a forklift or rigging, tell us what it is when you ask for a quote and we will let you know clearly what our crew can move. For larger valuables, see our specialty item moving service.
What Affects the Cost of a Move in TaigaNova
We do not list fixed prices, because every business move is different. The cost depends on factors such as:
- How much furniture, equipment and stock you are moving
- Access at each unit: doors, stairs, mezzanines and parking for the truck
- Distance between the old and new location
- Your moving date and whether the move must happen outside business hours
- Whether you add packing, unpacking or cleaning
Tell us about both locations and what needs to move, and we will give you a free quote based on your actual move.
